Senior debt was provided by a specialist property bank, and we assisted by providing a further £900,000 mezzanine finance to enable the project to commence.  By using our mezzanine funding package, the developer effectively more than doubled the return on his own investment.

Our confidence in the developer and the project was subsequently borne out by sales being agreed on half the apartments before work on the site started.
