New locations

Having extended our geographical reach in 2014 we are now also actively lending development finance on successful residential developments in places such as Bristol, Devon, Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester.  Selected developments are also being welcomed in Scotland.  Whilst not neglecting our greater London clients we are finding that markets in these areas are buoyant and present profitable opportunities for progressive developers.

Permitted Development

Now that the government has extended the Permitted Development order indefinitely we are lending on a number of schemes being developed under these rights both in the greater London area and elsewhere in the country.
