New locations

Through 2015 we extended our geographical reach even further, adding Yorkshire and the North West to our existing regional scope, where we continue to actively lend mezzanine development finance on residential developments in places such as Bristol, Devon, Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester.  Selected developments are also being welcomed in Scotland. This is all in addition to our original zone of lending in London and the South East where we continue to support progressive developers.
